Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on January 3.
The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce have been selected to host an Official Watch Party (live Webcast) for the 21st annual State of American Business event hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, January 9 starting at 8:00 a.m. at the John Q. Hammons Convention Center (Salon FGH) in Rogers.
You are invited to attend the Watch Party! Northwest Arkansas is one of four sites nationwide hosting these watch parties.
This marquee event (held in Washington D.C.) includes the U.S. Chamber CEO Tom Donohue's State of American Business and explores the most important opportunities and challenges facing the business community in the year ahead. It draws top Washington influencers, policymakers, national media, and digital audiences from across the country and around the world.
Topics and issues covered include but are not limited to: Trade; Health Care; Infrastructure; Corporate Governance; Workforce and Education; Labor Rules and the Gig Economy; Lawsuit Abuse and Legal Reform; Data Privacy Rules; and Immigration.
It's an honor for our region to be selected as one of four sites nationwide to host one of the U.S. Chamber's first-ever live Watch Parties.
